• General Information

  The first step in hosting your private event at Track 15 is to complete our Inquiry Form. Once we receive your details, our events team will be in touch to discuss availability, options, and next steps.

   

  We can accommodate gatherings of all sizes — from small parties reserving a few tables to full venue buyouts for up to 1,000 guests. Our diverse food offerings can meet a wide range of dietary preferences and restrictions, ensuring every guest enjoys their experience.

   

  For the best selection of dates and menu options, we recommend booking early. However, we’ll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests — so don’t hesitate to reach out! Please note: your event is not confirmed until a signed contract and deposit are received.

   

  Our space is divided into distinct areas, or “Tracks,” which are assigned based on the size and needs of your group. Unless you reserve a full buyout, Track 15 remains open to the public, but your section will be clearly reserved and cordoned off for your guests.

  You’re welcome to bring decorations and promotional materials. Share your ideas with us during the planning process — our team may even be able to help bring your vision to life.

  Track 15 has hosted everything from birthdays, reunions, and corporate celebrations to weddings, conferences, book talks, panels, and retirement parties. Whatever you’re planning, we’ll make it memorable.

• How do I book a private event at Track 15?

  Start by filling out our Inquiry Form. Once submitted, a member of our events team will reach out to confirm details, availability, and next steps.

• How far in advance should I book?

  The earlier, the better! Popular dates fill quickly, especially weekends and holidays. We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance, but we’ll always try to accommodate last-minute requests when possible.

• What types of events can you host?

  Just about anything! From birthdays, reunions, and showers to corporate gatherings, weddings, and full-scale conferences — we’ve done it all.

• How many guests can you accommodate?

  Our flexible space can host everything from intimate dinners to full buyouts for up to 1,000 guests. We’ll assign the right “Track” based on your group size and event style.

• Is the venue private during my event?

  Unless you’ve booked a full buyout, Track 15 remains open to the public. However, your reserved area will be clearly marked and cordoned off for your group.

• Can I bring my own food or drinks?

  No outside food or beverages are allowed. Don’t worry — our in-house restaurants and bars can tailor menus to meet any dietary needs.

• Can I decorate the space?

  Yes! You’re welcome to bring decorations or branded materials. Just let our team know your plans in advance so we can ensure everything fits the space safely and beautifully.

• When is my event officially confirmed?

  Your booking is confirmed once we receive your signed contract and deposit. Until then, your date and time are not guaranteed.

• Menus and Dining Options

  At Track 15, food is the heart of every gathering — and with several restaurants and bars under one roof, there’s no shortage of delicious ways to celebrate. We offer flexible dining options to suit your group size, style, and budget:

  1. Gift Card Experience — “Dine Your Way”
     Each guest receives a pre-loaded Track 15 gift card and can explore the food hall at their own pace, ordering whatever catches their eye. This setup encourages mingling, conversation, and culinary adventure — and it’s always a crowd favorite.
     Best for groups under 100 guests.
  2. Pre-Ordered Family or Buffet Style
     Let us curate a shared dining experience. Our team will help pre-select dishes from our restaurants to create a well-rounded, family-style or buffet menu that showcases the best of Track 15 — tailored to your budget and dietary needs.
  3. Custom Menus for Large-Scale Events
     For full buyouts and events of 200+ guests, we’ll collaborate with our restaurant partners to design a custom menu that fits your event flow — from passed appetizers and small bites to themed stations or signature dishes made just for your group.
