Journey:

Husband and wife team Nicholas and Monica Gillespie bring a chef-driven, pier-to-plate approach to Rhode Island seafood. They established Dune Brothers in 2017 to honor New England’s coastal food culture. Sourcing from the water and earth of New England, Dune Brothers aims to create a stable market relationship between fishermen, chefs and consumers by spreading awareness of our fisheries through our food and the interactions at our tables. Combining years of restaurant experience and a passion for making great food accessible to all, Nick and Monica deliver seafood that’s fresh, flavorful, and always rooted in the local community.

Inspired by New England’s rich seaside heritage, Dune Brothers was created to celebrate the nostalgia of classic seafood shacks. We proudly serve the community, spotlighting our local ocean’s bounty with fair trade and sustainable practices.
